At OTLW we are specialized in collaborating with men and women over the age of 35 to retake control of their health and our mission is simple: to empower anyone who is desperate for change but who feel overwhelmed by the choices and decisions in starting their fitness journey.

1:1 PRIVATE TRAINING

$150 per month

Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain strength and size, or simply to regain some of those functional movement patterns we have lost as we all age we will design a bespoke system of training that meets your individual goals and ability.

You will collaborate directly with our Head Coach, Dan Kelly *, who will build a customized program tailored specifically to you. Your individualized programming is delivered to your directly via our app and you will have weekly check-ins and direct contact with your coach.

TEAM TRAINING

$75 per month - FREE 7 DAY TRIAL MEMBERSHIP

The OUTLAWS represent a community of athletes of all levels and backgrounds. Whether you train solo at home or alongside fellow rebels at a CrossFit box or gym, our programming is tailored to suit everyone, regardless of experience.

This isn't a program. Under the leadership of our Head Coach Dan Kelly we are a community of athletes of all ages and abilities who train together, have one another’s backs and support every members journey. At 35, I was in the throes of a brutal divorce and my health was hanging by a thread. The gym started as a refuge for me, a distraction. But soon, it morphed into something more profound – a lifeline. With each workout, I found another little piece of myself. Today, as I push my limits, I want to help inspire others on their own path of self-improvement and confidence in their own fitness journey. So, as I forge ahead, I’m on a mission to share the lessons I’ve learned, to empower others to reclaim their strength and rewrite their own stories.
